We had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. We particularly loved the thermal spa, which was so easy to use and incredibly relaxing. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with easy access to the lakeside just across the road. As backpackers, we appreciated having a well-equipped kitchenette and our own private spa pool. a fantastic experience that we would definitely repeat!

We felt like VIPs during our stay, as everything was perfect and there was absolutely no reason to complain.

The room had a beautiful view of the lake from the verandah. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The private spa was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows at Phoenix Thermal Resort were the most comfortable I've ever experienced! The spacious studio and good water pressure in the shower were also highlights. Additionally, having our own private mineral pool was a wonderful treat.

Sadly, we couldn't use the private mineral spa promised in the advertising. Only one unit could fill their pool at a time and our pool couldn't retain water.

This hotel is great value for money! The prices are reasonable and you get so much more than you pay for. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the well-maintained garden to the cozy rooms with comfortable beds. The location, right by a walking path along the lake, is perfect for a morning stroll or an evening jog.

The breakfast was quite good and the fresh fruit was a nice touch. the location was very convenient since it was close to the attractions and shops. A bonus was the free parking.

The beds were too firm for my liking and the pillows were too hard. the room was also quite cold and the heating system didn't seem to work well.

We had a fantastic time at Phoenix Thermal Resort! The highlight of our stay was definitely the private thermal tub. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating to soak in the warm water while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The rose garden was a delightful touch and added to the peaceful ambiance. The kitchen facilities were great, making it convenient for us to prepare our own meals. Despite being an older property, our room was clean and comfortable. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Phoenix Thermal Resort for a unique and enjoyable stay.
