I had an amazing experience at Prince Albert Backpackers & Bar. the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and created a great atmosphere. the room was comfortable and clean, with excellent hanging space and hooks for all our belongings. the bathroom had a good shower, and the breakfast included with the room was simple but delicious, especially the waffles. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the center of town and a challenging hike up to a famous landmark. a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.

the location is great, with attractions like queens gardens and the centre of new zealand nearby. the staff, especially erin, alice, and mike, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable and the duvet was warm. the common areas and kitchen were clean and well-maintained. i appreciated the unlimited free wi-fi and the 2-hour free bike rental. the breakfast options were plentiful, including make-your-own waffles and a variety of cereals. the meal deal, including a yummy dessert, was a great value. overall, it was a wonderful stay!

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the buffet style breakfast with options like corn flakes and toast with marmalade. It was a convenient way to start the day without having to worry about finding a place to eat. the private rooms were separate from the dorms, providing a more quiet and comfortable space. the staff were also friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy and smooth.

It was small and had a horrible smell, which made it unpleasant to use. there was a mix-up regarding the bus pickup, with conflicting information given over the phone and upon arrival.

The hostel had a great bar with a nice outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a drink in the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The kitchen was quite small, making it difficult to prepare meals when it got busy. The Wi-Fi was weak in some areas and the speed was particularly slow at night.
