St James Premium Accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way. The building itself is stunning and the rooms are of the highest quality. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the main attractions in the area. I appreciated the little extras, such as the tote bag with towels for the thermal pools and the DVD library for relaxation. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this place.

The location of the accommodation is simply perfect. It is close to everything in town, including the good shopping area and all the attractions of Hanmer Springs. The room itself is delightful, with high quality furnishings and facilities that make you feel right at home. The friendly and helpful check-in adds to the positive experience, and the outlook from the patio to the mountains is absolutely stunning.

The only downside is the lack of a separate shower in the spa bath. The uneven base of the bath could be a hazard, especially for families with small kids.

The room was clean, warm, and luxurious with underfloor heating. Great location, walking distance to everything. Lovely views and hospitable hosts. Environmentally conscious with tree planting option. Small extra touches like real coffee provided.

Had an amazing Easter weekend getaway! Loved the complimentary towels and advice on the best time to visit the hot springs. the location was spot on, walking distance to everything! the views of the mountains were a plus. the room was modern, clean, spacious and equipped with a kitchen and even had a laundry machine.

We had a fantastic stay at St James in a comfortable ground floor spa suite with breathtaking views of the mountains. The facilities were excellent, including full use of the laundry room. The attention to detail in the room, such as the thoughtful placement of lights, plugs, and mirrors. The room was immaculate and the atmosphere was perfect. We can't wait to return in winter.
