the location was fantastic, in the heart of all the Greytown attractions and close to shops and cafes. the staff were lovely and provided great recommendations for the local gastro pub.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location just couldn't be beat - right in the center of town, next to a beautiful park. The staff were so welcoming and efficient, making us feel right at home upon arrival. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We loved having a sitting area, terrace, and dining table in our room, as well as access to a lovely patio with garden furniture. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the cozy atmosphere. The on-site dining options were top-notch, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and a bar/lounge area for relaxing. We also enjoyed the picnic area and tables for a lovely outdoor meal. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, even calling to inform us about the restaurant closure. The beautifully decorated and clean room, along with the massive bathroom, was impressive. The complimentary bottle of home-brew added a nice touch. The entire hotel had a cool vibe, with an amazing restaurant and great amenities like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, bar/lounge area, coffee shop, picnic area/tables. The electric kettle and business center were convenient, and the option for in-room breakfast and children's menu was appreciated. Wheelchair access was available, although no pets were allowed on site. we highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel also thoughtfully turned on the room heating before my arrival, making the space cozy and welcoming. The breakfast service was a highlight, with homemade muesli, yogurt, croissants, and fresh orange juice delivered to my room upon request. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony while watching people stroll by was a perfect start to the day. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing easy access to the attractions and activities in the area.

I must mention a couple of drawbacks. the dining options were limited within walking distance, as the restaurant in the hotel now offers more casual pub grub instead of the fine dining experience I had anticipated.
