The view from the kitchen out to the lake was amazing. The facilities were good, with a large and well-equipped kitchen that had full ovens. The hot tub around the back of the facility was a hidden gem as it was always free to use. The laundry room was of a good size and the tumble driers were more efficient than most hostels. The location was also great, within easy walking distance from the town center and food shops.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was ideal, as it was situated close to bars and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the nightlife. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with attention to detail such as private bathrooms and in-room washer and dryer. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a nice touch, ensuring that guests were well-fed and ready for their day of exploring.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Despite being near the kitchen, my private room was quiet. The hotel was also conveniently located near dining options and a short drive from the hot springs. it was a great budget stay.

I stayed at Tiki Lodge Backpackers for one night with two friends. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and we appreciated the large bathroom across the hall. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the upper kitchen/lounge area with its amazing view of the lake. Free car parking was available on site, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. we had a great stay.

I recently stayed at Tiki Lodge in Taupo for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The hostel offers a basic but filling breakfast, with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were comfy and I enjoyed a good night's rest. The facilities, including the spacious kitchen and outdoor decking, were great for relaxing and taking in the lake view. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the lakefront, restaurants, and shops.

The whole hostel is tidy and smells nice. Helpful staff and they have a beautiful cat. Customer service is excellent, and they offer free breakfast. Comfy and clean room. Awesome kitchen and lounge with games and Fooseball.
