Our stay at Tongariro Holiday Park was definitely worth every penny. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Great location for Tongariro Crossing. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Well-equipped communal kitchen. Peaceful atmosphere. Convenient shuttle service. Easy access to both ends of the crossing.

This hotel is located really close to Tongariro National Park, making it a perfect base for exploring the stunning surroundings. The convenience of being so near to the start of the hike was great for us. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities, such as the shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, were well-maintained and clean. We also found the rooms to be comfortable, with a king-sized bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.

All aspects of this hotel were great, nothing to improve.

Unique location- perfect for exploring the surrounding natural wonders. The shuttle service to Tongariro Alpine Crossing was very convenient and reliable. The hot showers provided a much-needed comfort after a long day of hiking. a great experience.

The rooms are cozy and warm with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff are always ready to assist with any inquiries. Plus, the shared kitchen and hot tub provide additional amenities for relaxation after a day of exploration.

The hot tub could be improved with better ventilation and a window for a more enjoyable experience.

The accomodation was conveniently located few minutes drive away from the park. the shuttle service provided was a great perk that made our trip even more pleasant. the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. They gave us important information about the area and offered to help us with any questions we had.

Although the shared kitchen was generally clean, it was crowded and lacked basic utensils. the room was really tiny and we had trouble finding enough space for our suitcases.
