The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the heater worked well, which was great during the chilly nights. the complementary snacks and water were a nice touch. the hotel was also centrally located, making it easy to explore the city.

The photos were misleading as the room looked bigger and newer in the pictures. the bathroom was tiny with no places to put anything or move around.

The location is convenient for exploring the nearby National Park and is a great place to relax after a day of hiking. The communal facilities, such as the pool and hot tub, provide a nice way to unwind. The room itself was well heated and the bed was comfortable.

The accommodation lacked onsite staff and had issues with incorrect room allocations and communication.

We had a fantastic time at Tongariro Springs Boutique Suites. The pool and hot tub facilities were immaculately maintained, and the cleanliness of both the pool and the room exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. As a bonus, the beds were comfy and the overall tidiness of the accommodation was impressive. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

It would have been nice to have a table and chairs in the room, as well as some plates and cutlery. Additionally, the lack of onsite food outlets meant we had to bring our own supplies or drive a fair distance to eat out.
