Had a lovely Xmas at this hotel with my partner. the rooms were clean and cozy, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. the hotel's location is ideal for exploring the local area and there are plenty of dining options nearby. a great experience!

Although we had a great time, we did notice a few areas for improvement. the elevators were a bit antiquated and could use some maintenance.

The bed at Distinction was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I was also impressed with the helpfulness of the night desk clerk and the overall kindness of the staff. Despite a small issue with the heater/air conditioning, my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The bed was super cozy and the furnishings were really nice. The entrance foyer was lovely and made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious place. Plus, the fact that they have a lock up car park was a great idea for added security. Another thing I loved was how close the hotel was to a fantastic restaurant. I could easily walk there in just a couple of blocks.

The hotel is conveniently located in a new area, close to everything you need. It is just a couple of blocks away from the vibrant square, where you can explore local shops and restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located on the trolley line, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout your stay.

The bathroom lacked an extraction fan, which was a downside for ventilation.

We had a great stay at Distinction! the staff were super friendly and the room was exactly like the photos. It was a decent sized room that was clean and quiet. the room service was incredible and fast, and the food was delicious too. the heating in the room was excellent and the wifi worked awesome as well. the hotel is housed in a lovely old building with beautiful decor. the location was also convenient, close to the city centre.

Couldn't stay longer. 😔
