Loved the beachfront location with stunning lake views, quick stroll to town, and friendly staff. Enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace with beach umbrellas and using the BBQ facilities, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the walls were a bit thin, hearing some noise, nothing major, but hey, we didn't expect a soundproof suite, just a cozy place to crash for the night! 🌞

The room was cozy and had a great view of Lake Taupo, making mornings so peaceful and delightful. As a young traveler, I loved the free wireless internet and the comfy beds.

The bathroom windows opening and locking were a bit bothersome.

The hotel offers panoramic lake views; I felt like I was swimming in a sea of beauty! Featuring an outdoor pool was a bonus; I could pretend I was a posh lady relaxing by the water.

Who needs sleep? Conversations from outside felt like live bedtime stories.

The free upgrade to a room with a stunning harbor view at Tui Oaks Motel in Taupo was a delightful surprise during our seven-week Oceania trip. the receptionist was friendly, the location was fantastic, and the price was a bargain. the hotel's beach access, sun terrace, and leisure room added to our relaxation. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like Crazy Catz Adventure Park and the Joan Williamson Rose Garden, enhancing our family bonding experience.

Rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. Staff called to confirm arrival time and recommended a great place to eat. Beds and blankets were extremely comfortable. Location was convenient, with a short walk to town and a beautiful view of the lake. Room was well-equipped, with everything needed in the kitchenette and ample towels.

Amazing lakefront location, easy access to town and activities. Real coffee topped up daily, opportunity to prepare meals in room.

We had an amazing stay at this motel with our two small kids. The location was perfect, as it was directly across the road from the lake. We could easily walk to town and enjoy all the local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The motel also had a lovely pool that the kids enjoyed. it was a fantastic experience.

We did find that the room was a bit on the smaller side, which made it a bit challenging with two small kids.

We had an amazing view from our room at Tui Oaks! Waking up to the stunning scenery every morning was a highlight of our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The location was great, just a short stroll into town and a beautiful lake right across the road. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Diane who was very responsive to our emails. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, views, and comfortable accommodations.

The location of the motel was perfect for exploring the city! It was located near the lake with amazing views, and close to the town center. the room was spotless, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the only sink was tiny, making it challenging to wash your hands, face or fill the kettle. the toilet brush was placed on a shelf beside the toilet instead of the kitchen.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the basic amenities provided. The rooms, although small with 2 single beds, are cozy and have an awesome view of the lake with the mountains behind. The location right by the lake is perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery.

All was good, no improvements needed.
