We felt like we were staying with old friends at this lovely bed and breakfast. The hosts, Carol and Mace, were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The Superior King Suite was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a coffee machine and TV. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the outdoor area with the heated pool. And let's not forget about the adorable dogs! our stay at Tuscan Retreat Bed & Breakfast - Adults Only was perfect and we would highly recommend it to others.

We had an amazing time staying at this charming bed & breakfast in Bay of Plenty. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beautiful beach and close to everything we needed. The room and bathroom were always clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views from our room.

We did encounter one minor issue during our stay.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs perfectly. The service was impeccable and the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying the delicious special diet menus offered, and we loved the private facilities that made our stay feel even more indulgent.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of beach access, but this was easily overlooked with the beautiful garden area and sun terrace offered at the hotel. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a luxurious and peaceful retreat.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a beautiful bed and breakfast located on the coast. We appreciated the warm and welcoming hosts, who treated us like royalty throughout our stay. The sumptuous breakfast was a highlight- we were able to savour local produce while enjoying a stunning view. We also found the cleanliness of the room to be exceptional.

Close to beautiful beach, car required. Difficult to find without GPS. Excellent breakfast, best in NZ. Comfortable bed. Quiet area, clean house. Outdoor breakfast option. Well-behaved dogs. Hosts accommodating. Wonderful home with pool. Exquisite bedroom, comfortable bed and linen. Impressive ensuite with double showers and sinks. Wish we could've stayed longer.

my recent stay in papamoa exceeded expectations! the superior king room was perfect with a gorgeous ensuite. the cooked breakfasts were sensational and the alfresco dining was a great touch. loved the local recommendations for dinner and the beautiful beach was a short walk away. highly recommend! will definitely be back!
