Our weekend stay was a great experience! The location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. The room was always clean and tidy, which was a big plus for us. Also, the staff was friendly and ready to help anytime we needed. We really enjoyed the complementary spa, which was a great way to relax after a busy day.

There were a few things that could have been better. The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the shower didn't have enough water pressure. The parking lot was a bit tight, and we had to maneuver our car a few times to park it properly. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Convenient location and easy to find with transport. Kitchenette had necessary essentials. Top-notch water pressure with powerful shower and quick-filling bath tub. Warm and welcoming reception staff. Comfortable and clean rooms with super comfy beds and plenty of pillows.

I recently stayed at a motel in Rotorua, part of the Heritage Collection. Due to a mix-up during check-in, I was moved to their sister motel next door, the Emerald. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. The motel had a great location, although not within walking distance to the city center, it was convenient and easy to find with transportation. The kitchenette had all the essential amenities. One of the best aspects was the impressive water pressure in the shower and the quick-filling bath tub. Additionally, the reception team was considerate of a special request related to health concerns and assigned us a downstairs unit. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, desk, and comfortable seating area. The bathroom is also of good size, and some rooms even offer a large spa bath for relaxation.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, with stains on the carpet, upholstery, and curtains.
