the tv lounge made me feel at home 🏡. the breakfast was a letdown, though 🍞. the hosts, jackie and larry the dog 🐶, were the highlight 💫.

The hotel provided great value for money with its comfortable beds and clean rooms. The ensuite shower was a definite highlight, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for our needs, allowing us to easily attend Fieldays by car.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The Twin Room we had was cozy with a great view, love waking up to see the horses and alpacas right outside the window. the bathroom had an amazing shower and tub, exactly what you need after a day of exploring. the cool shared spaces made it easy to relax and meet other guests, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Only quirk was the slight noise from the shared bathroom, but it was nothing major 🌟.

The location was quiet and serene, with beautiful views of the owners' horses. The rooms were comfortable and the shared kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. I loved the walk-in shower and the luxurious bath with clear views of the sky. The lounge area was cozy and the patio overlooking the fields was a great spot to relax. The proximity to Hamilton gardens and the day trip to Raglan were definite highlights. I highly recommend this B&B for a peaceful and unique stay.

Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, clean and cozy. Amazing showers and bonus of having a bath. Friendly hosts and kids loved the farm. Horse ride was fun and informative.

The countryside setting was picturesque and peaceful. the huge living room and dining area were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the beds were equipped with electric heating, which was great for chilly nights.

The breakfast was extremely poor, with just bread and sachets of porridge oats. Despite our complaints, the owners refused to acknowledge our dissatisfaction.

We had a wonderful stay at Unique Equestrian Lifestyle! The whole house was incredibly clean and well-organized, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The property itself had beautiful scenery and plenty of space to take a walk and enjoy the outdoors. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We only wished we had more time to stay longer!
