We had a fantastic stay at Villa Del Lago. The view from our apartment was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful lake and mountains. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The location was great, with a pleasant 20-minute walk along the lake to the town center. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and assistance whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it for a charming and memorable stay. we had a wonderful experience at Villa Del Lago.

Villa Del Lago was a great value for the money, offering a fantastic view of the lake from our room and providing all the necessary amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with a beautiful lakeside path that led us to the town center in about 20-25 minutes. The staff at the reception were friendly and gave us helpful advice on travel options for day tours.

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been nice if it was included in the stay, or at least if some bottled water was provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and tidy. The hotel facilities were great, including convenient parking and transportation options. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and the Remarkables mountain range just outside of this city. The crockery, cutlery, and cooking facilities were all well-organized, making it easy to prepare meals. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had very good facilities, including spacious rooms and comfortable furniture. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location just outside of the city provided stunning views of the lake and mountains. It was also conveniently located along the Lake side track, making it easy to walk back to town in the evenings.

I couldn't get enough of the beautiful scenery across the lake. The kitchen and lounge area were well-equipped and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The apartment was always spotlessly clean and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

One specific situation that happened to me was the issue with the bed. Unfortunately, the bed in the apartment was not large and was very soft, which resulted in a lack of comfort and disrupted sleep.

The view from the room was absolutely magnificent, with breathtaking sights of the lake and mountains. The fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were really useful and made our stay convenient. The staff were excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. We also enjoyed the walking trail to town, which offered gorgeous sights along the way.

One downside was the number of steps we had to climb with our luggage, which was quite inconvenient. Some maintenance issues were also present, such as loose handrails and the need for repainting after repairs.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Del Lago. Our stay was for three nights and we were visiting Queenstown for a vacation. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the lake from the terrace. All the apartments had a lakeside view and were beautifully furnished with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to leave our car there after check-out so we could explore the town. The internet access was excellent and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We especially loved the cozy fireplace, heated bathroom flooring, and electric blankets in the bed for our winter stay. Highly recommended!

The views from our apartment were absolutely stunning, with the Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu in full view. The location right on the lakefront was unbeatable. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was modern and clean, which was a big plus. Despite being on a main road, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The 20-minute walk into town was pleasant and convenient.

One minor issue was the presence of some marks on the walls and furnishings, making the apartment appear a bit worn. Additionally, the lack of clear communication about certain amenities, like the need to bring our own HDMI cable for the smart TV, was a disappointment.

The apartment had cozy touches of rugs, lamps, and a gas log fire. Cooking facilities were excellent with stunning views of the lake and mountains from the private balcony. Bathroom had a heated towel rail and toiletries. Felt like being at home.

The reception staff were very courteous and helpful, even giving us a great tip on where to order food to be delivered to our room. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk or cheap cab ride into the city center. The hotel is nestled right on the lakefront and the rooms were clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Step walkway reminiscent of Italian villas, well-appointed room, cheerful staff. Staff went above and beyond, excellent recommendations, peaceful and quiet with a view of the lake.
