The location of the villa was excellent, being only a short walk away from the town square. We also loved the fact that we were provided with bikes, which allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings at our own pace. Another great advantage was the heating in the villa, keeping us warm and cozy even on chilly nights. , the added bonus of snacks and a bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely touch that made us feel welcomed.

We were disappointed that the complimentary bottle of wine promised was not provided, forcing us to bring our own. the overgrown garden and the need for a good spring clean made the villa appear a bit tired and grubby in places.
