Oh wow, stayed at this hotel recently and fell in love with the amazing shower 🚿! great location near the city center and yummy breakfast included. Only downside is the steep hill outside. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

I always return for its comfort and excellent service. Staff once helped with an insect bite. It has everything I need: Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, Restaurant. the rooms are cozy with flat, screen TV, and there's a bar for a nightcap. Coming back for Christmas.

I found it slightly inconvenient that the shower head in the room couldn't be easily adjusted.

I had a comfortable stay with big, comfy beds. the hotel's location near numerous Asian food outlets and Queen St was fantastic. I appreciated the free continental breakfast, plus the clean facilities and helpful staff.
