We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a beautiful valley provided breathtaking views. The service was exceptional, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all taken care of. We were greeted with a warm welcome drink upon arrival, which made us feel right at home. The room amenities including ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee facilities enhanced our comfort during our stay. We also enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, and an electric kettle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

This hotel is definitely recommended for families.

The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us with dinner reservations and fishing arrangements. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and fresh towels provided daily. The delicious breakfast spread had a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, and a cooked meal. The location was peaceful and offered a perfect retreat, with easy access to beautiful trails and only a short drive from the ski mountain. The cozy fireplace and fire pit added to the homely atmosphere, and we even had the opportunity to toast marshmallows. our experience at Waiorau Homestead was delightful, and we highly recommend it to all travelers.

Amazing food and wonderful hosts. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby activities. The views were breathtaking, especially from the outdoor table and pool area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The daily turn down service was appreciated. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel at home.

There were no major dislikes during our romantic escape. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a bar fridge in the room.
