It was a great experience overall. the facilities were new and clean, and the staff were really friendly. the kitchen had a stunning view and the outdoor deck area was awesome. the lounge and kitchen spaces were spacious and well-maintained. the staff took the time to show me to my room and answer any questions I had. the location was also fantastic, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was just a short walk to the main bus terminal as well.

The en-suite rooms were well-appointed and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The shared kitchen and balcony made it easy to enjoy meals with a jaw-dropping view. The hostel also offered free Wi-Fi, a leisure room with board games, a locker room, and non-smoking rooms. It was definitely one of the best hostels I've stayed in, highly recommend for a super stay!

The bedding was comfortable and the curtains provided a dark and peaceful sleep. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the hostel had a fantastic beachy vibe. Felt like family, no complaints

I recently stayed at Wanderlust Nz for a few nights and had a fantastic time. The hostel is newly renovated with a unique and funky character throughout. The view over the harbour from the rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning. The staff, especially Renee, were incredibly helpful, providing great tips for things to do in the area. The rooms were spacious and I had the best sleep in a long time. The shared facilities, including the kitchen and lounge, were well-maintained and the location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I can't wait to come back for Christmas.

Couldn't fault

I had a fabulous stay at this hostel in a prime location. The decor was cool, with beautiful murals on the walls and a nice outlook over the harbor. The showers were good, the bathrooms always clean, and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. The staff were lovely, the wi-fi reliable, and the bedding comfortable and fresh. The outdoor balcony area was fantastic, and the location was perfect, right beside some nice bars.

I've stayed at Wanderlust multiple times and always had a great experience. the friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, and clean rooms and communal areas make it a top choice for me. the kitchen is well-equipped with a new oven and gas, and there's plenty of space in the fridges, freezers, and pantry. I love the balcony, especially during sunrise and sunset. It's a wonderful place to make memories and meet new friends. the recent renovations make everything feel fresh, and the location is fantastic.

We had a great stay at this hostel in Tauranga. the room was surprisingly cosy, despite my usual claustrophobia in small spaces. the big window and vibrant, airy color walls made the room feel inviting. the fan was also a dream, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the place was very clean. the staff were friendly and the location was excellent. We especially loved the stunning view over the harbour - a real gem!
