the room was quite large and had a beautiful view of the river from a large window. the bathroom was well designed for disabled people, and there was even a kitchenette in the room. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. the motel was also conveniently located within walking distance to town. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

On the positive side, the location of the motel was excellent, offering a beautiful view overlooking the river and railway reserve. The motel was also conveniently close to the center of town, with Raupo restaurant and the town centre just a short distance away. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. Despite the service issues, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The service at the motel was lacking. Previous tenants' waste was left in the shower, and the manager expected us to wait while it was re-cleaned.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was and the great amenities provided, including a well-equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with a rimless shower. the town's main shopping area was within walking distance, which was very convenient, and the room prices were affordable.

the room lacked fresh towels, and I had to ask for them multiple times, which was annoying. the noise levels outside the room were a bit high, and when it rained, the sound was almost unbearable.
