We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily explore all the major attractions on foot. Just a stonethrow away from Te Papa, Courtenay Place, Cuba Street, and the waterfront, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised by the added bonus of luggage storage before and after our flights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice size bed that provided a great night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and free toiletries, truly enhanced our comfort. the service was exceptional and made our stay here truly enjoyable.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the two complementary drinks at check-in and the gift bags waiting for us in our room. The location was key, being in the heart of the city and close to all the festivities. The room itself had a nice view of the cityscape, which we enjoyed while sipping on our complimentary drinks.

Our enjoyment was short-lived due to our unpleasant stay. The room was incredibly dusty, which made us uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciate that the hotel is locally owned and operated, supporting the local economy.

Great location! It was super convenient to walk to all the popular tourist spots in town. Just a short stroll to the museum, shopping district, and Cuba Street. Plus, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for delicious meals.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Wellington for a special occasion, and while the room was reasonable, it would have been nice if they had provided a better room for our celebration. However, the staff at West Plaza were very nice and polite, making our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, and the young man at the reception desk was pleasant and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, close to vibrant Cuba Street with loads of shopping and food outlets. It is also conveniently located near the Michael Fowler Centre and the central area of the city. The room was comfortable and the reception staff were friendly.

Parking at the hotel is difficult and tight at the back area.
