The large lounge area was perfect for relaxation, and the clean and tidy bedrooms with comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep. the location near the CBD was convenient for exploring nearby landmarks like Vulcan Lane, Auckland Art Gallery, and Viaduct Harbour, making family bonding easy. the friendly staff and spacious communal areas at Haka House Auckland City added to a comfortable stay.

haka house auckland city really impressed us with its cleanliness. the location was great - close to a nice park to chill in. staff had amazing local tips. we loved the late check-in flexibility.

Loved the fantastic kitchen with all the spices and oils for cooking, and the clean, nice bathrooms! the location on upper Queen Street is super handy for strolling to CBD spots. Comfy beds with privacy curtains and sockets are top-notch for chilling out 🌟 Unfortunately, the dorms can get a bit cramped with six folks, making luggage and storage access a tad tricky.

Just stayed at this hostel near the Skybus stop. LOVED the helpful staff for tours. Rooms were basic but noisy. Would stay again. Photos make it look better.

We had a room with a private bathroom, but it wasn't cleaned, and there were used towels in the shower. the smell was unpleasant, and the hallway had scattered rubbish. the card access failed, but luckily, other guests helped us.

The mattresses were comfortable, and the location in the city center was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. each bed had a light and a locker with a power point inside, providing some level of convenience.

The reception staff, particularly a girl from France, were incredibly rude and made guests feel unwelcome. the hostel was dirty, with bathrooms often lacking toilet paper and kitchen equipment in poor condition.
