Great entrance with lots of information. Clean and comfortable rooms. Well-equipped communal kitchen with recycling facilities. Multiple lounge areas. Private and cozy bunk beds with curtains. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great hostel with a convenient location. Comfy and clean beds provide a good night's sleep even in full rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The lockers have outlets and USB chargers, which is a nice touch.

The clean modern kitchen and layout at Yha Rotorua were great. I especially enjoyed the radio station playing in the background, creating a pleasant atmosphere. My double room with en suite was comfortable and met my needs.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the noisy stairs near my room and the thin walls that allowed me to hear some unexpected sounds, they didn't significantly impact my stay. I would recommend this hostel for its convenient amenities and comfortable accommodations.

This hostel has an amazing kitchen, spacious and fully equipped. The entire place is clean and the dorm rooms have large lockers. The staff is helpful and the bathrooms are clean. Great location with parking options.

This hotel was a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as private facilities and a sun terrace. the leisure/TV room and garden area were also a plus. the location was convenient and easily accessible.

The only minor issue was the noise level of the out, of, hours gate, but it did not significantly impact the overall experience. the room advantages were impressive with everything you'd expect in a top, notch hotel, including comfortable beds and modern amenities.

We spent our New Year at this hostel and had a great time! the location was perfect, it was right across from a beautiful park and we could walk to everything we wanted to see. the staff was amazing, they helped us book all of our activities for no extra cost and even offered complementary blankets and heaters. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and had a blast cooking meals with our new friends in the spacious lounge.

Our room was very small and it was hard to fit four people and their luggage. We also had issues with ants crawling on our food and the light in the bathroom turning off while we were showering.

the location was okay, not too far from the bus station. the double bedroom with shared bathroom was reasonably sized. the staff were amazing, especially Aleysa, who was lovely. I had a great stay with clean and tidy rooms.
