The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake and decorated my villa with balloons. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the pool area was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Al Baleed Resort Salalah and had an amazing experience. As a professional trainer and Head of Learning, I was impressed by the exceptional customer experience provided by the staff. They were helpful, amazing, and went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable, with attention to every detail. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The private pool in my room was a great bonus. The resort also provided convenient shuttles and buggies for transportation. the staff and amenities exceeded my expectations.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lack of shade on paths to restaurants.

This resort has a lovely location near the beach, which makes it perfect for those who love the sea. The Mediterranean restaurant is a great choice for dinner, with delicious food and an amazing view. Public areas are also quite nice, with plenty of seating and comfortable spaces to relax. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a variety of facilities, including a pool and private beach access.

The service could be improved, as some staff members were not very friendly or helpful.

Everything about this hotel is luxurious and exclusive. From the moment we arrived, the attentive service made us feel pampered and special. the outdoor swimming pool, with its picturesque view of the beach, was the perfect place to unwind and relax. We enjoyed the full body massage at the spa, and the treatment room was serene and peaceful. the hotel's location is ideal, with direct beach access and plenty of sun loungers on the sun terrace.

The minor issue was that the in-room breakfast lacked diversity. Although there were substantial breakfast options to choose from, they could have added more assortment to the menu.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my premium room to a beautiful one-bedroom villa at no additional cost. the villa was spacious and luxurious, with a door from the bathroom leading directly to the pool, ensuring privacy and convenience. the baggy car service was prompt and efficient, never leaving me waiting. the resort's beach was stunning, clean, and had a peaceful Omani ambiance. Even my children had a fantastic time throughout the day.

I can honestly say that there was nothing I disliked about this property. 😊

The pool is also a great bonus as it's warm, clean, and always at a perfect temperature. We also received two complementary cakes which were a nice touch. the location is ideal for archaeology and history lovers as it is close to several sites of interest.

We felt unimportant and ignored. the price of water was shockingly high, and the beach was not as clean as we hoped.
