We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very good, with a new mall under construction opposite the hotel, offering plenty of shopping options. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff were helpful and attended to our calls immediately. The chef even made us fresh fried eggs upon request for breakfast.

There was construction going on in the area, which made accessing the hotel a bit inconvenient.

Exceptional staff, clean rooms, treated like family. Fresh, tasty hyderabadi biryani. 5 min drive from amenities, beautiful nearby mosque. Carrefour at doorstep. Lovely overall experience.

Excellent service and prompt problem resolution. I arrived late for check-in, but the hotel quickly allocated a different room that was ready. The manager even apologized with a fruit basket, although it didn't arrive. The staff was helpful and kind, and the room was comfortable with a good bathroom. The hotel is well located near a mall and main roads, with ample parking. The breakfast area had a nice view. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available at the hotel's restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and helped us find delicious meals that fit our dietary preferences.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The hotel provided complimentary gym access and free Wi-Fi, which was a great value. the location of the hotel was also perfect because it was situated near many restaurants and shopping centers, making it very convenient when we needed to grab a quick bite or buy some supplies. the hotel also had a business meeting room that came with a computer and printer for guests to use anytime.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, the breakfast was not up to par. the spread was limited, and the quality was not great.

Located opposite a new mall under construction, Amarah Hotel Muscat offers easy access to nearby highways and is conveniently situated next to a highway exit. The rooms are clean and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The executive suite, perfect for families, provides ample space and the breakfast is decent. The 12:00 pm check-in and 14:00 checkout time are a bonus for guests.

Some staff members lack professionalism in handling guest requests and there were constant battles over towels.
