I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as everything I needed was nearby. The staff was attentive to my needs and the service was exceptional. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. I especially enjoyed the terrace and the flat-screen tv.

The hotel is strategically located close to the airport, malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to move around. We particularly enjoyed the spacious room and the variety of breakfast options offered every morning.

Although the room was spacious and comfortable, we noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom and the carpet in the hallway was a bit stained. the noise from outside could be heard from our room at times, causing a few disruptions during our sleep.

Sadly, the staff is not up to scratch, as they often ignore requests and fail to address issues raised by guests.

Excellent location near the airport, shopping mall and restaurants. The room is well-maintained and the housekeeping staff provides fresh towels on a daily basis. The staff are helpful and suggested good places to eat and shop nearby. There are hand sanitizers available in the corridors of the building, and thermal test devices are provided to guests before they receive the room key. The parking spaces are ample which is convenient for guests.
