The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were greeted warmly and made to feel at home throughout our stay. The Philippine guy at the reception was especially helpful, and Ms. Devi was incredibly friendly and patient. The hotel also had a helpful and polite staff, including the cook, security, and cleaners. We really appreciated their hospitality and assistance.

Had a great weekend at a hotel in the city center. Enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and the welcoming staff. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. the room was spacious, comfortable and had a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel also had a beautiful rooftop pool, perfect for a dip and some sun.

The wifi was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult to get work done. the furniture in the room was a bit outdated and worn, but still comfortable.
