Personally, I found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim. But hey, everyone has their preferences!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of options, the pool area was scenic and pleasant, and the on-site restaurants offered tasty food and great deals.

I just had an amazing stay at a hotel in Muscat. The value for money was fantastic and the room was absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city yet secluded and quiet. The staff treated me like a VIP, they were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel offered us two wonderful complementary things: beautiful scenery and great facilities. the hotel utilizes its key location perfectly; set in a beautiful hill range, it provided stunning views. the hotel amenities are definitely noteworthy with a great pool, wifi and an excellent gym - all of which were well maintained.

The new year celebration was spoiled by the loud music played by the hotel which went on till very late in the night. We contacted the front desk but no one seemed to care about the situation.

I recently visited this luxury hotel and I had an amazing experience! The location is really convenient, particularly for events at the nearby convention centre. The service was fantastic, with really helpful staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious and came with great amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities and of course air conditioning to beat the desert heat. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel's spa and wellness centre, where I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage and beauty treatment.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Brilliant stay, highly recommend. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Excellent facilities, very clean rooms. Silent and well-furnished rooms. Superb breakfast till 11 am. Regular events like Wine and Cheese night make things enjoyable.

I had a very comfortable stay at a hotel in Muscat. The staff were nice and the beds were very comfy. The food at the evening buffet was also quite enjoyable for a buffet. The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and professional. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and warm welcome from Khalid at reception. His exceptional customer service skills made us feel at home in Oman.

As a leisure traveler, I spent a delightful weekend at Crowne Plaza Muscat. The warm and friendly staff immediately made me feel welcome, creating a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel's beautiful grounds and superb pool, complete with a dining area, added to the overall top resort feel. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available, each offering delicious food. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was an added convenience. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the 50" TV and iHome Bluetooth Streaming Device were nice touches.
