Enjoyed a vast array of activities for all ages while staying at a beautifully designed resort with wooden accents. The adventure park staff were encouraging and well-trained. The property also boasted a good breakfast buffet and on-site spa. The overall experience was certainly worth a return visit.

The adventure park at this mountain resort was amazing. My kids loved the variety of activities and experienced an incredible time flying through the air on the thrilling zip line. The facilities were pristine, and the staff were very professional, making our stay enjoyable. Overall I recommend this hotel for families.

The location of this newly-built resort offers amazing hikes in the mountain area. Even though it may get cold in the mountains, the warm swimming pool ensures you won't miss a swim. The buffet breakfast has freshly made pastries and the staff is attentive to make sure your dining experience is enjoyable. The rooms are fitted with cutting-edge technology and kept immaculate.

Some food and beverages are overpriced compared to the quality and quantity you get.

We had an amazing stay in this mountain hotel. The location in the play area was perfect for us and we enjoyed the cold weather in the mountains. The room service and housekeeping were outstanding. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made us feel welcome with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel offered tours and ticket assistance and the poolside snack bar was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the leisure spa and wellness centre, especially the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel with excellent service and amenities.

We appreciated the free meals during our stay and the room was in a great location with beautiful views. The nearby activities were a great way to pass the time and kept us entertained. The internet was fast and free, which was a big plus.

The room was not very clean. The beds had stains on them and the bathroom had a bit of a smell.

The adventure park is amazing with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Mr. Ahmed in reception is exceptionally helpful. The pool is nice and the zip lines are amazing.

Felt so comfortable, no complaints.
