We were very pleased with the spacious and clean room, as well as the helpful staff. The location was convenient, with a water park and mall nearby. I appreciated the extra effort made by the Filipino receptionist to assist me and my family. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel boasts a prime location, surrounded by many buildings, including a large mall and an exciting waterpark on its doorstep. It's a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of Oman. Inside, the rooms are spacious and modern, some offering stunning views of the waterpark. The hotel provides many facilities, including a swimming pool and gym for men and women. The breakfast spread offers plenty of variety, and the car parking space is ample.

The prices for meals at the hotel are a bit high.

The hotel offers great value for money with luxurious amenities, spacious rooms with King Size beds, and a delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mall and scenic spots at the outskirts of the city. Staff member Saif from reception provided exceptional service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing it was perfect.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies served in the lobby, as well as the free WiFi in the room. the hotel's location near a large mall and supermarket was convenient for any last-minute shopping needs. Plus, there was a nice view of the surrounding mountains from the window in my room.

My experience was overshadowed by the fact that the staff were unhelpful and impolite, especially during check-in and check-out. the room was also quite small and did not have enough space for our luggage.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are exceptionally helpful and dedicated. The breakfast is nice and the food menu offers tasty options at reasonable prices. The room size is cosy and comfortable with modern furniture, and the hotel is conveniently attached to a mall.
