The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions like the Sultan Qaboos Mosque. It is also easily accessible from the main road, making it easy to hail a taxi or find transportation. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with amenities like a great bed and a wonderful shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and is highly recommended.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the hotel, as there was a persistent smell of mold in certain areas.

I recently stayed at Intercityhotel Salalah for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and spacious, with complimentary water and tea/coffee provided daily. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, offering helpful information about local attractions and even connecting me with fellow travelers for city tours. The hotel's location near the Grand Mosque and a supermarket was also very convenient. it was a wonderful stay with attentive service and great amenities.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a great choice for my recent business trip. I liked that they offered complimentary tea & coffee in the room and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options to choose from. the location was very convenient, close to everything. Another advantage was the rooftop pool and gym, it was nice to relax and workout in between meetings.

The bed sheet was not changed automatically during my seven nights stay, I had to ask the housekeeping staff. the pool area was a bit confusing to navigate, felt like a maze.
