Beautiful setting with tasteful tents and holiday lets. Great for hiking with nearby trails like W4 and W6. Good food and included breakfast/dinner. Spacious resort area with nice design and views from chalets. Valuable for a peaceful mountain retreat.

We had a fantastic stay in a newly built bungalow at this hotel in the Hajar mountains. The location was beautiful, nestled on the hillside and very close to the start of the walks in the area. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the meals included in the price - the food was good and fresh, with vegetarian options available. The staff was warm and helpful, with Chef Rajneesh and Mr. Ali going above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel was also superb.

The location of the resort is ideal, as it is near the restaurant and offers stunning views of the surrounding canyon. The camp itself is immersed in nature, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and hot water in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The resort lacks soundproofing in the tents, making it a bit noisy at times.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a mountain resort in Dar Sawda. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace. The food at the restaurant, especially the buffet dinner, was limited but delicious. The staff were very considerate and accommodating, even upgrading our room at no extra charge. The location of the resort was fantastic, with beautiful views nearby, including stunning sunrise and sunset points. we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is an absolute gem up on the hillside of Jebel Shams mountain. The rooms with mountain view are clean and comfortable, with AC to beat the heat. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay very enjoyable. The included breakfast was a welcome start to the day.

The location of Sama Heights Resort is perfect for hiking enthusiasts like us. It's conveniently close to the hike to the summit of Jabal Shams, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. One thing that I found disappointing was the food arrangement at the resort. The buffet style meals were mediocre and not enough for everyone.

Amazing spot, tucked up in the mountains. Spectacular views all around and several delightful walks nearby. the food was delicious, particularly the buffet dinner and breakfast. Plus they provided complimentary tea and coffee all day long, which was a nice touch. the playground for kids was really impressive and kept them occupied for hours.

The pool was a real letdown, it was empty and looked uninviting anyway. the tents were drafty and really cold at night, with inadequate blankets.

the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the Balcony Walk, which was a must-do activity in Oman. the facilities, though simple, were more than adequate for a one-night stay. I was lucky to be upgraded to a Grand Chalet, which was a wonderful room. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food, especially the buffet dinner and breakfast, was delicious. I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel at the top of Jebel Shams mountain provides a stunning view of the surrounding area. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service to guests.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory and met our expectations.
