We loved the amazing breakfast buffet and the pretty decent facilities at this hotel. The beach was very nice and clean, with plenty of marine life for snorkeling. The staff were terrific, really helpful and very thoughtful. The lobby was huge and impressive, and our room with a view of the adults-only swimming pool was crazy! this was great value for money.

We felt very cared for and had nothing to complain about.

This hotel is conveniently located near the international airport and also within close proximity to other scenic beaches in the area. The mandatory mask policy at the Kitchen restaurant was reassuring. Room service was prompt and the breakfast selection was vast. The infinity pool provided a great view.

The room temperature was difficult to regulate and often it was too cold.

I had a wonderful stay at the luxurious hotel and the room was great. I appreciated the unexpected complimentary fresh fruit dish in my room. Although some restaurants were closed, the in-room dining service was good and the pool facilities were impressive. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a prime location within the cosmopolitan area of Al Mouj, with great facilities and excellent service. The rooms with a sea view offer a touch of luxury, and the breakfast with non-alcoholic champagne is great.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Kempinski. The spacious and clean room with a beautiful view made our stay even more enjoyable. The comfortable bed and amazing shower and bathtub were a treat. We loved the variety of activities available, including the pools, private beach, and kayaks. The hotel's location near The Wave mall and marina was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. We had a memorable and wonderful experience.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location is in a gated area, in an upmarket residential area, with access to a beautiful beach. The service is fantastic, with staff always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Room service is available 24/7 and the in-room amenities are top-notch, including sitting areas, mini-bars, and soundproofed rooms. The dining options are plentiful, from a dinner buffet to a poolside snack bar. The staff at the reception desk provided the best service I've experienced. I loved the leisure spa and wellness centre, with a sauna, steam room, and various massage options available. this venue provides enhanced comfort and excellent quality services.

kempinski exceeded our expectations during our anniversary stay in muscat. staff were hospitable, rooms superb, and the breakfast generous. the view of the estate, greenery, and mountains was magnificent.

Rooms are spacious and modern with comfortable beds and soft bedding. The breakfast is exceptional with a great variety and quality of food. The facilities, including the pool and beach, are top-notch and well-maintained. There are plenty of on-site dining options and the staff are lovely and attentive. Close proximity to several restaurants and cafes at the nearby marina.

The breakfast and the pool area were great! The hotel also had a gym which was a plus. The hotel was located really close to some great restaurants and shops which was very convenient.

The hotel management and overall facility upkeep was poor. The room had many issues that were not fixed and we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night.

The rooms are super spacious and cozy, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The private terrace is a game-changer, giving a sense of luxury and freedom as you step out from both the bedroom and the bathroom.

I'm not a big fan of the lighting in the bathroom, but that's just my personal preference.

We enjoyed live entertainment in the bar/lounge area, savouring buffet breakfast and private facilities such as in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar. The hotel location was excellent, as it was adjacent to the up and coming marina, which provided access to departures for beautiful island tours with turtles.

The Thai food restaurant was excellent, but the main buffet was slightly below our expectations. The staff was professional and accommodating;
