Convenient location near malls, good facilities and kitchenette, helpful staff, free parking, pleasant stay with good rates.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Muscat. the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. It felt like being in our own apartment with separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The value for money was outstanding and breakfast was included in the rate. Additionally, the location was great, with many eating places within walking distance and a beautiful beach nearby.

All was well during my stay.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room we had was incredibly spacious and even included a lounge and kitchenette. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, arranging transportation for us and providing us with a map for navigating the city. There were shops and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for us to pick up supplies. While the breakfast could have had more variety, we made use of our kitchenette to prepare our own breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent amenities.

Spacious, clean rooms with well-functioning facilities and an attentive staff. Great Thai restaurant with authentic dishes. the overall price was reasonable, especially considering the facilities that the hotel offers.

Location was poor, too far from tourist sites and it's necessary to have transport to move around. Near a building site creating noise during the day.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to local shops and a shopping mall. The hotel was also in the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore Muscat. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and cozy beds. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered in the hotel cafe was delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel had a nice coffee shop and a supermarket nearby, adding to the convenience factor.

One minor drawback we noticed was the lack of leisure amenities, such as a pool or gym, which could have enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.
