During our Christmas stay, we found the facilities to be satisfying. We were impressed by the location of the hotel, as it was in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Additionally, our room had a kitchenette which was useful for preparing meals. The staff were also friendly and provided good service.

We were disappointed with the internet connection. The signal was weak and we had to continually request new network IDs and passwords. Furthermore, the tech knowledge of the staff left much to be desired, which made it difficult when trying to resolve internet issues.
