We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful, making our experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, well-laid out, and had excellent amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The location was convenient, being close to a main mall and within walking distance of many shopping centers. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the noise insulation was impressive, given its location on a main road.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Close proximity to Avenues Mall and Muscat Grand Mall. Safe and peaceful atmosphere, with convenient basement parking for those with cars. Access to free Wi-Fi, an on-site car park, and amenities like a dryer, electric kettle, and cookware. Excellent air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a lift for easy access. Access to laundry facilities, express check-in/out, a fitness center, and coffee/tea in the lobby. Restaurant buffet, snack bar, and coffee shop on-site. Relaxing sun loungers, massage services, steam room, and a spa lounge available. Separate children's pool, as well as babysitting/child services. So many leisure facilities! I had the pleasure of enjoying the Muscat Grand Mall, Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex, Al Ghubra Beach, and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Talk about convenience!

Oh, and let's not forget the amazing safety features of a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector. As if I needed any more reason to feel safe during my stay.

I recently stayed at Levatio Suites for a week with my family. The studio room was incredibly comfortable and had a spectacular interior design. The room had amazing lightning design and all the necessary tools. The kitchen space was great and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access Panorama Mall for late-night movies and explore other places in the area. The 2-bedroom apartment we booked was clean, spacious, and had a fully-equipped kitchen. The self-contained apartments were perfect for our week-long stay.

During our romantic escape, we loved the fully equipped accommodation which had everything we needed, from shaving cream to kitchen supplies. The gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were a delightful bonus that kept us entertained and relaxed. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to several malls and restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore and dine out.

We were disappointed to encounter a musty smell of smoke in one of the room's toilets, which made us feel uncomfortable. the lack of balcony access and poor seal around the doors/windows resulted in constant traffic noise and disturbance from the call to prayer.

Cleanliness could be better.

We had a wonderful stay at a modern and new facility. the gym and spa were fantastic, allowing us to relax and unwind. Our room had everything we needed and more, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Being connected to a mall made it extremely convenient for shopping and dining options. the option to cook our own meals in the room was a great addition, with utensils, pots, a microwave oven, and a large refrigerator provided. the staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly, quickly accommodating our needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The tower I stayed in was relatively new and the rooms were spacious and well laid out. The bathrooms were generous in size and well designed, with excellent strong water pressure. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the location, attached to a mall, was very convenient. The staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating, courteous, helpful, and friendly. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was seamless and the employees I encountered were all gracious. One particular staff member, Mr. M. Misrif, from the cleaning staff, went above and beyond to offer great service and ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. this property exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return here in the future.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, with the Panorama mall just a short walk away. We appreciated the convenient airport pick-up service, and the nearby mall was great for shopping. The fitness centre was well-equipped and made it easy to stay active during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the hotel's great facilities.

The lack of pedestrian walkways, making it a bit difficult to get to downtown quickly.
