The hotel is located near the beach, with easy access to dhow-building and restaurants. It is also conveniently situated in the city centre, close to everything. The rooms are basic but clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a fridge, and a balcony. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. There is also a nearby restaurant called Sur Sea, which offers a good breakfast at a reasonable price.

One minor drawback is that the bathroom may have a slight chemical smell that lingers for a few days, but it does not affect the overall experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of an bustling area and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, even meeting me outside to make sure I arrived comfortably. They had already turned on the A/C in my room, which was a relief after the sweltering heat outside. The room was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with amenities like complimentary drinks, jandals, and even a menu for nearby restaurants. The location was perfect, close to the Suk and surrounded by great dining options. I was amazed by the quality and value of this 1-star hotel. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay in a centrally located hotel in Sur. the staff greeted me with warmth and were extremely helpful throughout my stay. They guided me to the hotel and parking, making my arrival hassle-free. the rooms were comfortable with all amenities in good working condition. Although not luxurious, they met all my needs. There was a bakery nearby where I could buy breakfast items. the Sur Hotel Restaurant just behind the hotel was a great choice for dinner. the location was perfect for exploring Sur and it was within walking distance to shops. Free parking was available in front of the hotel. it was excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent Indian restaurant nearby. A gem for single mothers traveling with children. A warm welcome upon arrival and a quiet, clean room with reliable wifi and AC. Don't miss the amazing tour guide, Nasser, who offers affordable trips to wadis and the desert. Book with him at the reception. Parking available and a supermarket just around the corner. Don't forget to dine at Zaki Restaurant!
