We recently stayed at Swiss-Belinn and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located near the airport, which made it convenient for our work travel. The facilities are new and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the gym and the delicious breakfast. The hotel also provided excellent WiFi and a business center, allowing us to work comfortably during our stay. The staff, especially Ruben, Mercy, and Biju the Chef, were friendly and professional.

We forgot a plastic bag in our rental car, and the hotel staff efficiently contacted the car rental company and helped us retrieve it. As young people, we loved the extremely clean rooms and the comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. The complementary fruits and bottled water in the room were a nice touch. The hotel's proximity to the airport and the shopping mall made it easier for us to move around. We also enjoyed the gym facilities which allowed us to work out during our stay.

The noise levels at night were unbearable, causing us to wake up multiple times each night. On top of that, the room temperature was impossible to control, leading to an uncomfortable sleep.
