The hotel offered great value for money, with beautiful views. The staff were accommodating and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. The location was fabulous, with easy access to the Jebel Shams mountain range.

The food options were limited and could be improved in terms of choice and quality. The air conditioning unit was noisy and positioned next to the bed, which affected the comfort of the stay.

Tucked away down the hill, this hotel is the perfect mountain getaway. Rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows boast stunning views. The deep soaking tub in the luxurious bathroom is perfect after a day out exploring nearby sights. Must-see sites are located nearby, so you won't have to travel too far. The helpful staff provides excellent service, and the tasty al la carte breakfast is served during out-of-season months.

The pool could use some maintenance and upkeep to ensure a more enjoyable swimming experience.

The scenery was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. I was pleasantly surprised by the BBQ dinner organized by the chef. Although the pool was small and unheated, it was refreshing after a day of hiking. I would recommend staying here for a unique mountain experience.

Our xmas stay at this hotel was fabulous. the complementary xmas dinner and breakfast were delicious. the location is perfect for nature lovers who appreciate a bit of peace and quiet. the winding road to the hotel is bumpy but it's worth the drive. the hotel is perched on top of a mountain with amazing views of the surrounding hills. the room features a balcony with a stunning view, perfect for soaking up the view while enjoying a drink.

The internet was spotty and could only be accessed from the reception area or the terrace. the pool area could have been better maintained.
