I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and enhanced comfort it provided. The location of this place is amazing, as it is very close to the business area and in the center of Lahore. The hotel is also located near the Lahore zoo, which was a bonus for me as I love animals. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff kept my room spotlessly clean throughout my stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. The location is great, the service is excellent, and the amenities provided are of the highest quality.

The hotel is situated in a bustling area, perfect for those looking for a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are pristine and spacious, with modern amenities like large TVs and Netflix. The breakfast is delicious and varied with attentive staff. Plus, the staff is friendly, welcoming and able to converse in English.

The front desk staff needs better training, like in a particular case, there was a mix-up with my room extension that caused inconvenience.

Great location, walking distance to everything you need. the breakfast service was excellent, they even provided tomato and cheese upon request. the Wi-fi worked perfectly.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle and the staff tried to convince me to book another hotel despite my confirmed reservation. the cleanliness of the room was subpar with dirty quilt covers and bedsheets.

This was my third stay at the hotel and once again, I had a fantastic experience. the rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and good lighting. the shower has strong water pressure, which is always a plus. the staff, from reception to housekeeping, are friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location in the Gulberg area is convenient, with shops and eateries just a short walk away. They even allowed me to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. I highly recommend Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg.

The hotel had a good breakfast spread with a variety of options to choose from. we were given complimentary fruit platters and a bottle of water upon arrival. the hotel is located in a prime area, making it convenient to explore the city. the room service was prompt and efficient, making it easy to order food without any hassle.

The hot water supply was extremely poor, which made showering a difficult experience. the housekeeping staff did not change our sheets from the previous guest, making for an uncomfortable stay.

the communication with the reception was lacking, as they did not answer when we called at night. Secondly, the breakfast was not served on time and we had to wait for around 30 minutes to be seated.
