the staff at the front desk, especially Mr Qasim, were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early for an additional fee and made sure my room was clean and bug-free. the location of the hotel was central and within walking distance to Margalla Hills, where I enjoyed hiking and exploring the trails. the hotel's proximity to Marriott allowed me to visit their restaurants. the hotel's online customer service was also top-notch, with quick and attentive responses to my inquiries.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, with artistically carved ceilings and big, beautiful windows that let in plenty of natural light. The hotel is also conveniently located near the park, diplomatic area and Margala hills - perfect for exploring the city.

The breakfast had both continental and local options which were satisfactory. the location was quite convenient as it was close to shopping centers and other significant facilities. the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the stay very pleasant.

The property could have had additional amenities such as a fitness center or pool.

The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. They provided a hair dryer and hygiene products, which is often overlooked in other accommodations in the area. Additionally, the staff made me feel safe and well-cared for, especially since my room was located next to the reception. Despite a slight confusion in communication before arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic staff at S Chalet. They were respectful, polite, and went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. The airport pick up was excellent, and the bed and shower were both comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the guesthouse, along with its tasteful decor, made for a pleasant experience. The meals were well-cooked and fresh, and the quality of the food was good. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and the overall positive experience we had.

The reception at Chalet Islamabad was extremely courteous and accommodating. They even upgraded us to an Executive room when there was a mix-up with our airport pick up. The room service was fast and efficient and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a spacious layout and the breakfast omelettes were made fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend staying at Chalet Islamabad Bed & Breakfast.
