The location of Gawalmandi Serenity was perfect, right in the center of Kalam bazaar. The staff at Gawalmandi Serenity went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with elegant interior decor. They provided uninterrupted power supply and hot and cold water in the bathrooms. Breakfast was included, and it was amazing! The hotel owner even refunded us for a night we couldn't stay due to circumstances beyond our control.

Room dining service was not available. There were a few minor issues with the shower that could be improved.

The staff, especially Mr Saeed, were cooperative and supportive. The cleanliness and hygiene conditions were excellent. The on-site cafe served delicious food, and the scenic view added to the overall experience. The hotel also provided proper car parking facilities and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The WiFi internet service was not available throughout the hotel.
