the location was amazing, rooms spacious, bathroom facilities outstanding. we liked the balconies, gardens, and hospitable staff. ayla at the front desk always had a friendly smile. the restaurant served delicious food, hot water and quick wifi were a plus.

Serena Hotel in Gilgit was a stunning experience with breathtaking views. The decor was beautiful and the ambiance was so peaceful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was impressive. We loved the local craftsmanship in the property. I highly recommend this hotel.

Gilgit Serena Hotel offers a tranquil retreat located on a small hill behind a military complex, providing a sense of security with a tall wall topped by razor wire. Surrounded by park-like gardens and nestled between the majestic mountains of Gilgit Baltistan, the location immerses guests in natural beauty. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and prompt room service. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel also boasts a fitness center and amenities like a mini-bar, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The Wi-Fi connection can be slow and intermittent at times.

The view from the balcony was amazing, with a lovely garden to relax in and enjoy the beautiful mountains in the distance. the food served in the restaurant was delicious and varied. the location was great, just a short distance from the local attractions and scenery.

The bathrooms were a bit outdated and could do with some renovations. the shower was somewhat weak and the temperature was not always consistent.

Arriving at this hotel, I was amazed by the beautiful garden area and the personalized attention of the staff. My room was spacious and luxurious with exclusive amenities such as a private hot tub and a balcony overlooking the mountain range. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the halal food options at the restaurant were appreciated. the location is perfect for exploring the area.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of BBQ facilities as advertised. the restaurant made up for it with their delicious barbeque grills.
