Great location, close to attractions and chair lift. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms with attached terrace. Enjoyed the stunning mountain views. Good service and delicious food.

The complimentary dessert item was a nice touch and the location offered cold weather even in summers, which was a unique experience. the parking space was conveniently near the rooms.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel was poor, with broken items and dirty facilities. Warm water was only available in the morning, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

During our stay at Hotel Al Azeem, we were impressed by the excellent location that allowed us easy access to the chairlift boarding point and the scenic "pipeline track" within walking distance. We didn't need any transportation to enjoy our time in Ayubia. The hotel rooms provided a unique experience with their design, creating opportunities for interaction with other guests. Although our stay was fantastic, we did experience slightly poor internet reception on the top floor. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall excellent experience at the hotel.
