I always return here; first visit staff found my lost bracelet. Everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Fitness centre, Sauna, Dryer, Business centre. 24-hour reception and security make me feel safe. Comfortable rooms, delicious food. Coming back next weekend.

The kids loved the large play area and the fun pool slides. the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. the breakfast spread was fantastic too, catering to all our tastes.

For dads, it would be great to have more family activities.

During my stay at Hotel Margala, I was impressed by the breathtaking view of the Islamabad sports complex from my room. The location was convenient, allowing me to easily access various parts of the city within a short ride. The hotel's facilities, especially the top-notch gym and health center, provided a quiet and comfortable environment. The room service was exceptional, with delicious food and complimentary fruits and desserts on select days. The breakfast offered a variety of traditional and continental choices. The staff, particularly Mr. Tufail and Mr. Mohammad, were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with printing documents and offering a free shuttle service to and from the airport. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor issue I encountered was the difficulty in getting currency exchange within the hotel. While they were able to accommodate my request once, they did not offer this service again, even for small amounts.

Lush green surroundings, convenient location for sightseeing, exceptional staff, delicious food, beautiful view from the window. The workers patiently explain everything, always kind and smiling. Attentive to detail, helpful in changing rooms, returned a misplaced laptop. Property well-maintained and clean, comfortable bed, great buffet breakfast. Decor and rooms well-designed and maintained. Great experience.

Having enjoyed Easter weekend there, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, it was key for us as we were new to the city. the breakfast was included with a fruit basket and drinks, which was a great start to our day. the location was great for us, as it was in a quiet area but still within easy reach of all the city's attractions and nightlife. Another advantage was the comfy and elegant room, perfect to relax after a long day exploring the city.

The outside lights were quite disruptive, but the management provided blackout curtains once we mentioned it. Another drawback was the distance between the parking lot and the reception, which could be tiring after a long day.

The hotel is a great value for money. It's located on the hill, not far from constitutional avenue, in the heart of the city, so it's close to everything. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are good. The breakfast has lots of options and is delicious. Plus, they offer free airport pick up!
