Spent Christmas break at a hotel in the mountains and it was truly memorable. We loved how the hotel was located in the heart of nature, surrounded by beautiful views of the hills. the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help us out. We were impressed with the clean and tidy rooms and the delightful dining experience. the food was delicious and the options were vast, catering to all dietary needs. We had access to a cozy fireplace in our room which was perfect for the chilly nights.

Our stay was not perfect. the hotel faced a power outage which affected our air conditioning and internet.
