The staff was amazing, fabulous amenities, exceptional cleanliness, luxurious rooms, kind and helpful reception and check-out staff.

Nothing not to love.

Stayed at a mountain top hotel and it had a fantastic view of the surroundings. the staff was very courteous and prompt to serve. the breakfast and dinner were served at the restaurant, where two complementary dishes were served. the location was close to the mountain top, which had a great view of the sunset.

That the bathrooms were slightly cold in the morning, although not unpleasant. the baths should be fitted with shower curtains.

We had a great stay at Pearl Continental Hotel. The location was amazing, nestled high up in the mountains. The atmosphere was tranquil and the staff was supportive and friendly. We enjoyed the adventurous activities available for families, which added to the overall experience. The food at the hotel was good, with a nice variety to choose from. The waiters at the restaurant provided excellent service and the overall behavior and cooperation of the hotel staff was top-notch.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as limited food options in the breakfast buffet and occasional power outages, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Nestled in the picturesque mountains, the hotel offers an idyllic location for skiing enthusiasts. With direct views of the skiing slope, zip line, and chairlifts, guests can easily immerse themselves in the outdoor activities. The spacious rooms, complete with large bathrooms, provide a luxurious and comfortable stay. The attentive and efficient staff go above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. Additionally, the complimentary extra mattress and balcony access add to the overall appeal of the rooms.

While the reception staff provides excellent service, the room service could use some improvement, occasionally being slow and unresponsive.

As party people, we loved the great set of adventurous activities available for families. The staff was supportive and friendly, and the atmosphere was amazing.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.
