The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home and cater to my needs. One particular incident that stood out was when I forgot to lock my hotel room and returned after hours to find everything undisturbed. The level of safety and security provided by the hotel is truly commendable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall focus on hygiene also impressed me. Additionally, I received a free upgrade during both of my stays, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Royal Inn for its outstanding service and value for money.
