The hotel had a great view of the surrounding mountains and a nice ambiance. the location was convenient and close to a museum and other attractions. We also enjoyed the kids play area and ample grounds for walking.

Our xmas experience was underwhelming. the property seemed neglected, with worn-out bed covers and upholstery.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. the amenities provided were exclusive, such as the private facilities and in-room breakfast. the garden area was stunning, and we enjoyed our early morning coffee there.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the swimming pool. It was a bit crowded and not as luxurious as we expected.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in the mountains of SWAT. The hotel is situated in a picturesque valley, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The location is perfect, providing easy access to the nearby mountains and attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities were clean and functional. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a bakery on-site, which was a delightful treat. it was a remarkable experience.

I did notice that the hotel lacked certain modern facilities that are commonly found in other hotels.

Exceptionally polite staff, upgraded room, great ambiance, cozy and clean, nice view of surrounding mountains.
