The view from this hotel is stunning. You can see beautiful mountains in the distance and the surrounding valley is very picturesque. the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and are willing to help you out with anything you need. Another great feature is the hot water in the morning, it was a nice way to wake up on a chilly Christmas morning.

The electricity at this hotel was very unreliable during my stay. The power would go out frequently throughout the day and night, which meant no hot water or charging electronics during these times.

The Tourist Cottage in Karimabad is a true gem. The rooms are comfortable and clean with reliable hot water. The property offers exceptional scenery and plenty of seating areas for relaxation. The staff is professional, competent, and friendly. The location is central and easily accessible to nearby attractions like the Karimabad market and Baltit Fort. The food options, especially the Chow Mein, are excellent.
