The staff, especially Alan and Tito, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was great for us as we were traveling with our dog. The suite was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool, were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and in the middle of the financial district.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and it was great that it started early in the morning. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants. We also loved the spaciousness of the room, especially the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed, from a large refrigerator to a stove with multiple burners. Plus, the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer on the premises was a bonus!

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about our stay. Firstly, the pool was not as clean as we would have liked, with a bit of scum on the surface.
