The pool area was well-maintained and comfortable, and the bar at the pool was a great spot to relax. The staff at reception were accommodating, allowing me to check out later without any extra charges. Additionally, when my car battery died, the staff went above and beyond to help me out. The service provided by Karine at the front desk was lovely, and she ensured I was well-informed about the resort's amenities and the All Inclusive package. The room itself was tidy, well air-conditioned, and the shuttle service to the beach club was efficient. The drinks at the bars were delicious and refreshing, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The junior suite rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to check out later without any extra charges. The staff even went above and beyond to help us with a dead car battery. The swimming pool and beach club were fantastic, and the overall facilities were excellent.

The pool areas were absolutely awesome, and the buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food. As a vegan, I was thrilled to find that the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of options for me. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They even went out of their way to accommodate our special dietary needs and assist us when our car battery died. I can't say enough great things about the staff and the wonderful experience we had at the hotel.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a wonderful experience at the resort. the first thing that impressed us was the spacious and clean rooms. the hotel staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. the location of the resort was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other nearby attractions. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the convenience of having transportation available to take us to the beach whenever we wanted.

There were a few aspects that we didn't like. the restaurant at the beach club had some issues.

The resort was situated in a beautifully maintained area and felt very secure. the staff at the front desk were helpful and knowledgeable, and we were able to communicate easily in English. the room we stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a dining table. We particularly enjoyed the variety of activities available, such as the tennis courts and the kids club. the spa services were also very reasonably priced, and we were able to indulge in a relaxing massage and pedicure.

One of the main drawbacks of this resort was its distance from the beach. It was about a 10-minute shuttle ride away, which was a bit inconvenient.
